These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern participation in the Superads Partner & Affiliate Program (the “Program”) offered by Superads, a product of Konsus, Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Partner”, “you”) agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Participation in the Program is contingent on compliance with the following restrictions. Violation of any provision in this section will result in immediate termination from the Program, forfeiture of any unpaid commissions, and a permanent ban from future participation.

2.1 Self-referrals Prohibited

You may not refer yourself under any circumstance. Any attempt to generate commissions by referring yourself, whether directly or indirectly, will result in permanent removal from the Program.

2.2 Prohibited Advertising

You may not run paid advertising campaigns that directly or indirectly target any of Superads’ or Konsus, Inc.’s branded keywords or brand variations. This includes but is not limited to bidding on our brand name in search engines or placing ads that suggest an official relationship beyond the scope of this Program.

2.3 Unauthorized Use of Trademarks

You may not use any Superads or Konsus, Inc. logos, brand elements, or proprietary creative assets without prior written approval from the Company.

2.4 Unlawful Conduct

You may not promote Superads through any form of unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or unethical means. This includes (but is not limited to) spamming, false claims, misrepresentation of the product, or promotion on websites or platforms that contain illegal, adult, or offensive content.

2.5 Impersonation and Misrepresentation

You may not impersonate any Superads or Konsus, Inc. employee or representative. You may not imply any form of partnership, joint venture, or endorsement beyond what is explicitly stated in these Terms.

3. Commission and Payout

Commission structure and payment terms are disclosed within the partner dashboard and may be updated at any time at our sole discretion. Partners are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is accurate and up to date.

We reserve the right to withhold payment in cases of suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or at our discretion pending further review.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to violations of these Terms, inactivity, or suspected abuse of the Program.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konsus, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with your participation in the Program.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
