Superads Latest Product Updates,April 2025

This month, we’re releasing our biggest update ever. It's packed with new features and improvements based directly on your feedback. From smarter scoring to faster performance and fresh integrations, here’s everything new in Superads.
Introducing Superads Scores
Understanding ad performance just got easier. Our new AI-powered scores give you a quick read on how your ads are performing relative to others in your account, using a color-coded 1–100 scale.
At launch, you’ll see five scores:
- Engagement Score
- Hook Score
- Hold Score
- Click Score
- Conversion Score
Anything in green (>=50) is solid. Dark green (>75) means it’s clearly outperforming. These scores are calculated using median percentiles (not averages), so they’re more reliable. Available now for Meta Ads, and coming soon to other platforms.

Simpler, better custom breakdowns
We’ve rebuilt custom dimensions from the ground up to make them easier to use:
- Create them directly inside reports with a much simpler UI.
- Use them across multiple ad accounts.
Your existing custom dimensions will still work—but the new system should make everything much easier.
But that's not all...
AI suggestions for custom breakdowns (Pro only)
Pro users will enjoy something unique. When opening the new custom breakdown UI, you'll see automatic suggestions.
Breakdown Wizard uses AI to instantly suggest and build groupings based on your naming conventions. No setup or effort required.
As long as you have some sort of naming convention across your ads, ad sets or campaigns, just open the custom breakdown builder and let the magic happen.
You can always click "Show more" and see more options!
Multi-breakdown support
You can now apply multiple breakdowns simultaneously, so you can dive deeper into the intersections that matter—like understanding which combinations of copy and headline perform best.
YouTube integration, now in beta
After positive results from alpha testers, our YouTube connector is now in beta. All Pro users can now add YouTube ad accounts and start viewing performance alongside their other channels.
New: Facebook Ads Benchmarks from $2.3 B+ in spend
We launched a free tool with real benchmarks for Facebook Ads CPC, CPM and CTR, based on anonymized data from over $2.3 billion in Meta ad spend.
You can filter by:
- Campaign type
- Industry
- Country
No individual account is ever identifiable.
And yes, we’re planning to bring these industry benchmarks directly into Superads soon.
Other improvements
TikTok Spark Ads support. Spark Ads now display thumbnails and video previews in reports, making it easier to assess boosted posts visually.
Performance upgrades. We’re syncing data across 15,000+ ad accounts daily. With this growth came some sync delays, so we re-architected the backend:
- One-hour syncs now take around ten minutes.
- Most accounts now sync in 30 minutes to 2 hours during full syncs.
The system is now more stable and significantly faster.
Dark Mode. You can now switch Superads to dark mode via the new “Appearance” option in the workspace selector.
Thanks again for all the feedback. You’re helping shape Superads with every suggestion.

How we built Superads Scores: the science behind simplicity
At Superads our goal is to make ad creative analysis easier, faster, better.. That’s why we're introducing Superads Scores this week: a simple percentile-based metric that tells you how your ad performance is ranked in your own account. It sounds simple but, under the hood, this simplicity is powered by quite a bit of data science.Let’s walk you through what’s happening behind the scenes and why we chose this approach.Treating ads as stochastic random variablesEvery ad metric (CTR, engagement rates, thumbstop ratio, hold time, and conversion rate) is treated as a stochastic random variable. This lets us account for the natural variability in performance between ads.Our research is based on analyzing data from over 15,000 ad accounts and $2.2 billion in ad spend. By treating every ad metric as stochastic variables, we’re able to model the natural variability in ad performance and continuously refine our understanding of what great looks like. As more data flows in, the percentile estimates get sharper, and our system becomes even better at identifying standout creative.
